Vegan Avocado Pudding Recipes 


2 ripe avocados

2/3 cup any non dairy milk of choice (I love almond or oat milk)

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt (optional)

A scoop of non dairy ice cream (optional)


1) Blend your avocado, milk, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt until creamy.

2) Refrigerate for 20 mins.

3) Top with non diary ice cream or whip cream. Add some sprinkles, because why not.

4) Close your eyes and take a bite.
