Green Smoothie Bowl Recipe


2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach

1 cup (150 g) frozen pineapple chunks

¾ cup (180 mL) unsweetened soy milk*

½ cup (52 g) frozen cucumber slices

½ avocado

2 Tbsp (30 mL) almond butter

1 Tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup

1 Tbsp (15 mL) pure vanilla extract

Chia seeds


In a high-speed blender, add all the smoothie ingredients.

Blend on high, scraping down the sides as needed, until everything is combined and smooth.

Pour into a glass and drink as is, or transfer into a bowl and top with any desired fruits or garnished. Enjoy!
